Regional Health Reach, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center that provides care for people experiencing homelessness in Rochester, New York. We provide medical care, mental health care and dental care to our patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Our teams care for people on the streets, in shelters throughout the city, and in our clinic.
We've been part of the Rochester community for over 30 years, building that trust one person, one day at a time.
Our patients don't always have shelter. So we show up. Whatever it takes.
At Health Reach, our mission is to provide compassionate, sensitive care to those experiencing homelessness in Rochester, through direct care and by partnering with services throughout the city.
Regional Health Reach believes that not having a home shouldn't mean not having good healthcare. Our vision is to eliminate healthcare disparities for the unhoused.
We believe in compassionate, trauma informed care. We believe that there is no one single solution for the problems our patients face. So our commitment is to show up, to listen to what our patients need, and provide innovative, world-class care.
We can't do our work alone. Health Reach partners with organizations throughout Rochester that provide shelter and other services for our patients, from Open Door Mission to Delphi Rise. We create connections and bring people together.
At Health Reach, we recognize that there is no one solution to the many problems facing unhoused patients. So we talk to our patients, ask them what they need, and help build solutions that work for them.
The Health Reach team is 100% mission driven. From our secretaries to our CEO, each person is at our organization on purpose: to serve those that others ignore.

Our work is hard. We can use your help! From assistance stocking our mobile units to greeting patients, there's lots of work to be done. We have a particular need for volunteers with administrative experience.
