On August 5, 2025, Health Reach will host our third annual Homeless Health Fair at Alexander Park, right next to our Monroe Avenue clinic—bringing together critical services, compassionate care, and community in one accessible outdoor event. In celebration of National Health Center Week, the fair creates a one-stop hub for people experiencing homelessness to get what they need: state-issued IDs, health screenings, free lunches, haircuts, and even cellphones—all in a setting built on dignity and trust.
This event is more than a fair—it's a day of connection, inclusion, and relief. Patients can access essential resources while feeling seen and supported, and partner organizations come together to make care feel less fragmented and more human. It’s one way we live out our mission: showing up, listening first, and delivering care without barriers.
